Our range of 10m/11m band V-Quad (Delta Loop) antennas are designed and built in our Port Augusta Workshop. Using top quality tooling and Australian materials from Capral and local suppliers. All care is taken from the cutting measuring stage through to drilling, bending and machining to ensure that the Antenna will give you years of trouble free use.
Element brackets are manufactured using Alloy flat bar stock, the elements are mounted to the brackets by Stauff Clamps and 316 marine grade cap screws. Element clamps are attached to the 40mm x 40mm boom using 2 x 316 stainless U bolts per clamp, no welds to break or bend these Antennas are built to last, the antenna becomes very manageable to mount due to the square boom.
The Element brackets have been fashioned from flat bar alloy stock pre drilled and bent, the elements attach using Stauff Polyamide clamps to the backet secured with 316 Stainless Steel Cap screws to ensure that the elements will be secure when finally tightened.
The Gamma match has been designed with simplicity in mind for very easy field tuning using Hi Impact Delrin in the capacitor section with this type of matching network it is also capable of hi power operation. Connection to the gamma is via a SO239 socket mounted on the boom, the Gamma and Element bracket are combined and secured to the boom using 316 Stainless Steel U Bolts
